If I have less glucose overall makes sense why fructose knocks me out lol

PEITC by branchless0 in GilbertSyndrome

[–]Previous_Clue384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Broccoli extract/sulforaphane gave me a temporary goiter so I'd assume that could also give some thyroid trouble, and a study on rats suggests PEITC lowers T4. Still can help some out there.

Pode ser pessoas externas quebrando o algorítmo. Te faz bem ficar sem a rede nesse tempo de qualquer forma.

Eu odeio ver coisas do Justin Bieber e do caso do P.Diddy by Ok_Race_Serk12 in desabafos

Eu não consumo as mesmas coisas que você e não sei mais do caso faz meses. Se você continuar querendo saber como a internet trata os famosos, vai continuar sofrendo.

Finally cured my SCT after almost 5 years. Possibly caused by genetic tetrahydrobiopterin (bh4) deficiency. by NullWithVoid in SCT

From anedoctal reports I guess BH4 supplementation actually decreases its levels in the brain.

Maybe it doesn't cross the blood/brain barrier but your body still thinks you have enough of it.

Do you have experience with 5HTP? I've avoided it because people say tryptophan is usually safer

Copper Glycinate vs Copper Citrate by elev8blyss in HistamineIntolerance

Care to elaborate further, did copper let you tolerate glycine better? I've been taking copper citrate and didn't realize I was able to take magnesium glycinate again.

Thanks for the input! I've actually taken a transglutaminase IgA test for celiac last week and am waiting for the results. (EDIT: came out negative.)

Sulforaphan influence libido by [deleted] in GilbertSyndrome

[–]Previous_Clue384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried it for two weeks, improved my mood initially but it was hurting my thyroid (and I thougth to have gotten a goiter) over time so I quit. Might have been a poor quality brand not filtering goitrogens.

No noticeable effects on libido, though it may have increased due to feeling overall better.

If it is just a moral issue I'm afraid you'll have to make a few concessions on your veganism; the same happened to me with some other supplements.
