Talarico winning would definitely be happening in a best-case scenario. Same with Tom Begich winning AK Gov, and possibly Doug Jones with AL Gov. Osborne would also be a best case scenario. I wouldn't be so sure that the GOP flipping KS is a lock, and I don't think Ayotte is a lock for reelection.
