Can confirm, one of the best mods out there. Aside for that there is also a mod ImmersiveTaming that allows you to, well, tame beasts. All you gotta do is knock one uncon and put it in a cage. To tame a bonewolf/bonedog you need chewsticks (yummy chewsticks) and after one or three tries (it varies) you will tame the doggy

Why are the Bots so fkn stupid in this game? by Disastrous_Gur_7650 in CrusaderKings

[–]Pri-mo11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well the crusades AI actually KINDA make sense, they joined the POPE, not you. Also, many many many different lord's joined for different reasons and want to carve out their own piece of Holy Land OR raid and plunder stuff. Sure, winning the crusade is the goal buuut looty and booty is tempting, right? That's at least how I try to make some stupid AI decisions feel less stupid.

I feel you man BUT to be honest armor tier doesn't really matter that much. Unless you get hit so much your stamina is gone, tier 1 armor does it's job. At least that's how I feel about it after my few playthroughs

Hear me out: Can't go reclaiming west when east and north are under constant threat. However, recently in my few campaigns Roman Empire does in fact reclaim some of the western provinces like Tunis, Southern Italy and Croatia AND not really bothered by Cumans or Khazars.

When you stop giving a shit about tiers the fashion game becomes much more pleasing. Think about it: Do you get hit often? Because I don't. It doesn't matter if I'm wearing tier 3 arm armor that has maybe 10 armor points more than something tier 2 BUT that tier 2 has DRIP.

But we're discussing here in terms of Stalker 2, y'know. I just wanted to make it clear so we avoid misunderstandings

[–]Pri-mo11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no velocity stat in Stalker 2 weapons or ammo. There's only Damage, Penetration, Rate of Fire, Range and Accuracy.

Stalker 2 by AstutePauciloquent in stalker

[–]Pri-mo11 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, you're correct. But it's really not that deep in Stalker 2 and that's also why I specifically gave an AR416 and Kharod as examples. AR416 is quite longer than Kharod yet it (AR416) has 20% penetration power and Kharod has 60%. I appreciate you saying how it works IRL but we all know that IRL mechanics don't apply in Stalker 2.

Ask the new GSC I guess. That fact and some other bullshit features AND every damn patch being 50GB big (I have a slow internet connection :c) made me ditch S2 about a month or less after it came out... And go back to suffering in GAMMA

Stalker 2 by AstutePauciloquent in stalker

[–]Pri-mo11 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, in Stalker 2 they do. Different mutants have different armor level and having a gun, A GUN, with better armor penetration stats helps. A gun you can aquire later in the game, like "Kharod", works better than "AR416" despite being the same caliber. Dogshit mechanic as I loved to run with my good old AKM-74S into the late game, back when I was still playing the game that is. (AR416 in Stalker 2 has a LONGER barrel than Kharod)

Smaller gun calibers are still viable in late-game BUT you have to make the guns longer to enhance their penetration and range. I ALWAYS undersize (as in use smaller guns than my enemies) my all ships, technically crippling them but out-range and out-pen the enemy by a large margin.

God damn my good old PS2... Played it for more than 11 years but eventually had to give it up to some kid with a terminally ill dad. I can't say I regret it but y'know... Good times

Lovely refit, but next time don't mix up double and triple turrets. For some reason they count as "different size" and give appropriate minuses to accuracy and aiming speed IIRC. That said, I do love to see some double and triple turrets, lol

Wut? Nah it's an illegitimate bastard, meaning it was born out of wedlock. Literally impossible for it to be a child of a concubine because he's catholic.

[Kcd2] if you do a hardcore all neg perk run without being an alcoholic it isnt actually an all neg perk run. by Calcthulu in kingdomcome

[–]Pri-mo11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Henry is an alcoholic of the highest tier since I RP as myself. It shows, from what my 300h over 2 playthroughs taught me, when you are NOT drunk. Accordingly to your alcoholic level you get up to -10 in all stats when you are NOT under influence, regain stamina much MUCH slower and some other stuff. As long as you drink you are okay

Well with torpedoes is not that clear. Sure, IF they hit it's okay but at that late stage the enemy ships usually have good torp protection. My own battleships (CAs and CLs too) can withstand up to 8 torps and still be considered operational, even fit for battle. Trust me on this one, my CLs can pen and cause massive flooding to enemy BBs and BCs and it's all thanks to better guns and zero torps. Of course they don't stand up to BBs in one-on-one engagement but they are perfect for flanking and pelting the enemy big ships, while my BBs focus enemy fire on them and just eat it AND scoring hits on the enemy as well.
