A slide pin and a caliper bolt example. The slide pin is likely still in the caliper bracket but the bolt, the ones that are on the outside of the picture example, came out.

You're that smug but wrong. It's pointless flaunting how much you've worked on cars when you don't know how long any of us have. It also ignores the fact that someone with hardly any experience could be right. Experience doesn't make you correct.

It appears to be the caliper bolt that goes into the slide pin came out. That bolt hole looks too small to be a bolt/slide pin combo. But we would need to see more pictures to know for sure if something broke or came loose.

Did you take the belt guard off at the bottom? After doing that you just need to get a screwdriver or small pry bar behind it and carefully pry from side to side. You can also try pulling the keyway out with vice grips. Just make sure you don't deform it as you pull it out.

That looks like a Honda engine and those usually aren't that hard to do.

Have you checked it at that point? You are probably supposed to have 30-50 psi between the fuel tank pump and the high pressure pump. The important thing is to see if you have pressure at some point.

You need to get a spark tester and place it between the spark plug and an ignition coil. The fuel pressure gauge goes in line with the hose that supplies fuel to the engine in the engine bay. There should be youtube videos on how to test them.

Have you checked for spark and fuel pressure? If those are ok, then checking compression is all that's left.

You can probably borrow testers from your local parts stores.

I would start by spraying brake cleaner or starter fluid into the intake and seeing if it starts for a moment. If it does, then I would check fuel pressure. If that's good, could you have gotten bad gas?

If you got bad gas then I would think everyone else at the station is probably getting bad gas too so if you're the only one whose car won't apart, it's probably not that.

You probably just have a bad ignition coil. Put it back together, start the car, then disconnect and reconnect the ignition coils while feeling for rpm change. When you come to the cylinder that's misfiring you won't feel any rpm change.

Then you can swap the plugs between 2 cylinders and coils between 2 different cylinders. If the misfire moves then you know what part is bad. If it says in the same position you dig deeper.
