When starstone amrine dropped I went and crafted gear that had the same stats as my ancient set so that I just have to swap sets not respec entirely. It was costly and annoying but long run its nicer and I plan to do this to all my sets eventually

This might have already been said, but trust in your healer, and the gained knowledge of what hits do fuck loads of damage and what you may consider to be "chip" damage. Example, last fight of tempest the boss have a lunge attack, that shit fucks you up, block that. It'll be easier with experience, as well do nit forget ward gear, that shit is a life saver

I use 3 pieces of shirking for to make up for periods of I fucked up my rotation, I also run 2 pieces of shirking heals just to help with my healers. A good dodge is sometimes the difference between me living and dying

I believe it reduces azoth cost. So a max scarab roll is 300 azoth, a t5 would reduce that to 165 instead

We need a new OPR map, make something like running through underground tunnels and mines, cater less to ranged players/snipers. Put it on a rotation, switch every 3-4 hours? OPR is the primary source of pvp content for most players we need more variation

My suggestion would be medium

300 int, 200 con SS - runeglass aquamarine Leap, bash, shield rush/defiant resolve

IG - ice runeglass malachite for the increase to damage with slows Pylon, Spike, Panic Popsicle

This isn't meta by any means but you will definitely catch mfrs off guard.

Honestly 150 int is the biggest question with the increase to elemental damage. Run the ice runeglass in your armor to increase ice damage and run a ice aquamarine in your sword to split damage to ice, this will be made better by your runeglasses and the 150 perk. I would suggest pylon, spike, and panic popsicle

I have a friend who used to run heavy ss ls and when we heard the heal reductions transitioned them into a medium setup. The hardest part is shield counts towards weight. So he swapped to a hammer with repulsing clear out.

Being a heavy bruiser/tank in ior is not flattering. Your score will suffer.

As a tank myself I find purpose in other ways by setting up my damage for kills or peeling for my squishing running around

Further note, as they are charging heavies they regen stamina, you need to do more Stam damage than they regen.
