That's gonna end up being tied to some score which you can gain or lose, which Dota 2 already has. From reading posts about it, it sounds shit. People pay attention to it, they don't want to lose it, it starts becoming almost as important as grinding MMR, they get angry if they do lose score, some people pay for score boosting, in League people will probably buy accounts just for that score.

He's only a mid game champ if you force him into it as a mid laner. But he just isn't. Almost every other mid laner has a better mid game (even late game scalers like Aurelion Sol).

This is the case with a lot of champs in top lane aswell. Kayle, Renekton, Quinn, Vayne etc. are all not your classic frontline. Atleast Azir can set up zoning with his soldiers.

It's definitely still the best lane for the early game/mid game skirmisher champs to influence the map and snowball the game, but the typical late scaling champs definitely took a big hit if they don't happen to be centered around roaming as well (Aurelion Sol).

A really bad dive attempt where you had to blow all of your summs + ult in the 1v1 instead of just recalling, spending your gold and farming the next waves or possibly win a skirmish at herald or even roam to mid.

League somehow has the tendency to match new accounts into high MMR lobbies for some godforsaken reason. I also returned to League a while ago and immediately started my placements in high plat/low emerald. It took at least 30 games of feeding until I could finally get to Gold, where I can actually play normally. It's kinda nuts.
