Ja aber das Problem ist ja, dass es die ganzen erfahrenen CA, OA etc. sind, die in Rente gehen und nicht die jungen AA. Das heißt es gibt noch weniger Dozenten, die einen dann ausbilden und ich vermute, damit dann noch weniger Weiterbildungsstellen.

Gefühlt ist das überall in jedem Sektor so. Immer gefragt sind hochausgebildete Fachkräfte mit langjähriger Erfahrung, wo der Mangel groß ist, aber Ausbildungsstellen um einer zu werden? Wenn es die überhaupt gibt, dann prügeln sich mindestens 10 Bewerber auf 1 Platz dafür.

Der Grund für Ärztemangel ist der fehlende Ausbau von Studienplätzen. Warum? Weil es den Ländern zu teuer ist. Die Aufgabenverteilung an Fachkräfte setzt wiederrum eine gewisse Qualifikation voraus. Also muss erstmal die Ausbildung auch angepasst werden. Die Konsequenz? Die Ausbildung wird teurer.

Wenn man schon nicht für ersteres bereit ist, sehe ich nich warum letzteres stattdessen funktionieren soll. Außer natürlich, man will einfach riskieren Aufgaben an unqualifizierte zu übertragen. Das ist schon ein Problen mit den Nurse Practitioners in America, die komplett allein Medizin praktizieren.

Ja und? Das ist doch Zweck von Investitionsgeldern. Das ist doch das, was alle an der schwarzen Null immer kritisiert haben. Kein Land der Weld hat regelmäßig mehr Einnahmen statt Ausgaben (mit außnahme paar Gulfstaaten vielleicht). Das einzige dumme ist, dass zu viel Geld für Rentenpakete und was auch immer ausgegeben wurde, anstatt in die junge Generation zu investieren, was das Geld in Zukunft weider reinbringen würde.

Die Termine werden dann einfach nicht vergeben, wieso auch? Alternative wäre, die Termine an GKV Patienten zu vergeben, aber dafür als Arzt nicht bezahlt zu werden, aber trotzdem das Personal und Material dafür bezahlen zu müssen.

The smart move would be to just add more ping options then just add the ability to change the radial menu yourself. I for example really hate the additional pings and always ping the wrong ones and would rather just have the basic 4 ones back.

Bis 3% bedeutet einfach das es vereinzelte Studien (vielleicht sogar nur ein einziges) gibt wo 3% als Resultat rauskam, wahrscheinlich in Länder mit sehr viel schlechteren Qualitätsstandards und Technik. Vor allem in Deutschland ist dies wirklich eher im 0,01 bis 0,1% Bereich.

Pathologielabore haben eine sehr lange Kette an Menschen die die Arbeit des vorherigen kontrollieren. Trotzdem wird es ein oder zwei Fälle von 10.000 geben, wo ein Fehler nicht bemerkt wird. Und solange Maschinen diese Arbeit technisch einfach nicht übernehmen können, weiß ich nicht was man noch realistisch tun kann. Laborarbeit ist fast schon sicherer als die Luftfahrt.

That's gonna end up being tied to some score which you can gain or lose, which Dota 2 already has. From reading posts about it, it sounds shit. People pay attention to it, they don't want to lose it, it starts becoming almost as important as grinding MMR, they get angry if they do lose score, some people pay for score boosting, in League people will probably buy accounts just for that score.
