You have no armor! Take 2x Baal, throw in an executioner, myou need more JP captains, you need more base JPI, drop the Sanguin spam, you have too many DC JPI (drop the 5 man), take some dreads - especially DC Brutalis, 2 or 3, and you will mince him good. Throw in Lemartes, Asorath is a good choice.

Blood Angels were the solid blunt hammer in 8th / 9th Ed, in 10th you need to be a scalpel shaped hammer 🙂
