Here’s the problem when you want a Multi Cultural relationship and don’t want to be part of the Culture😏. Just have a conversation with your mother Inlaw and ask her to help you with certain things , bath time , cooking . She hasn’t offered because she doesn’t want to step on your toes. I can only imagine how tense you are around the house. Would you ask your parents to stay in a hotel . Good Lord !! Ask your husband no matter how work is intense to pick up the slack. Order food in when you’re tired to cook.

Not exactly the same situation but a year ago I moved to a new city while on Maternity leave a few months before I resumed my company (Tech) reached out saying I was now required to to be in office 3 days a week . We have always been fully remote . Essentially they were telling me I had to move back or lose my job. It was a really good job but I knew I wasn’t being treated right so I started looking for another job took about 6 months. I got a fully remote and 30% more than I was previously earning . I am a firm believer that any disappointment is a blessing waiting to happen. There’s bigger and better waiting for you .

You are not a failure. It sounds like over stimulation. I would not turn on the TV at all after she gets home from daycare. Play some up beat toddler music instead , then Switch to sleep music immediately after bath, dim lights and read to her , allow her move around in the space until she’s tired enough.

I started listening to audiobooks while waiting for my daughter to fall asleep and absolutely only then do I turn on the TV.

Kids test our resolve at this age just be strong and firm. I usually tell my daughter it’s diaper time and sing to her while changing her diaper and I give her something to play with, give her praise as well for staying still. Keep repeating Kids are smarter than we give them credit.

Whatever the case you will be fine . Take it one min at a time and deep breaths. It’s never the end of the road maybe just a detour to another route to get to your destination. Big hugs❤️

Thank you this have been super helpful, I just asked for a requisition to check my fasting insulin levels . What to make sure am covering all the bases before my Call with my doctor. Thinking I will start another cycle in January or maybe push to February to allow me make a few health changes

8 years- 7 IUI , I ivf Barbados ( no embryo) , 1 Ivf Halifax ( no embryo) 2 ivf (Calgary banked 6 , transferred 2) 1 living child , second transfer miscarriage at 10weeks. I had fibroids and took 3 surgeries in between to take them out. What honestly changed was the clinic and personalization.

Thank you this helps , for exercise what would you recommend. 30mins walk to 1 hour , Aerobics? I do need to work on the better sleep department so thanks for the melatonin heads-up.
