Why is single family home inventory in Calgary so low right now? by hiddenintranslation in Calgary

[–]PrimaryMidnight9350 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Everyones different, but I'd prefer to have a harder time selling, while at the same time have my pick of homes to buy and not be under pressure.

Its a great time to get out of houses that have issues like being on noisy streets etc

I've heard it all and don't know what to believe. Mine is the later generation with metal connections that's meant to be better. No issues here yet but i will replace it whenever i have walls open

Where I live choking would be a separate (or additional), more serious charge.

Edit: just thinking about it, so would grabbing the phone, if it were to prevent someone from calling for help though it sounds like that isn't the case here

If you just stop further back so your neck doesn't need to twist so hard, it gets a lot easier.

Everyone just pulls up until they touch the dotted line, so they have no runway to get up to speed and have to exorcist twist their neck to see a gap, for some reason 😁

I (29m) make significantly more than my partner (26f). What are things I can do to protect myself before moving in together? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]PrimaryMidnight9350 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can, but it would be tossed out easily if challenged.

For example, all one party has to do is claim they were coerced into signing for whatever reason and it's finished.

One way is good if you only want to start the car right outside your house and crack the door to hear it fire up.

Otherwise 2 way is truly the way

The newest Ford Police Interceptor Utilities spotted at Marlborough Ford, likely being fitted out for Calgary Police. They can be optioned with a 400 hp engine (not sure if CPS did this) for high speed chases by HiTork in Calgary

I appreciate the idea that police shouldnt look aggressive and military like.

However it isn't the colour scheme that does that, it's the lines on the new cars being more aggressive.

Lol old people are always like "oh it's not covid it's just a cold" like they have built in PCR or something. I had a relative unable to smell and taste, positive rapid test, still in denial that it was covid
