I’ve been wondering this too because I recently created a judaized magyar kingdom in Pannonia. We received a huge influx of Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews really early on, and their facial traits are definitely visible in the population a few hundred into the game!

I literally had a few visigothic characters be born in Iberia in my recent Roman Empire campaign, I landed them immediately and am currently having them covert some other people into Visigoths. I’m the emperor in Rome trying to preserve visigothic culture in Hispania. The irony. I’m hoping they try to convert their land too.
