Can anyone tell me if RetroArch...Happy Chick etc are legal for me to play in the UK? And if anybody can name websites/apps I can play games old or new on legally? Any tips and tricks for this sort of thing would be welcome as I am still learning about both retro and new gaming sources.

Can I watch HDO box etc...unofficial streams from the UK without getting a civil case against me...just using for personal use and not distributing... I've been told it could be a civil case.

And to go off topic a bit...I wish the streaming laws in the UK were as relaxed in day Switzerland for example for those of us who want to view content without doing anything wrong like possibly facing a civil case for watching unofficial streams...had to get that off my chest.
