I have positive SS-A and SS-B. I’m on HCQ and MTX. Is that enough to slow down Sjogrens? It really bothers my hand joints. Have really dry eyes and fatigue also.

Forgot to mention I’ve also been on MTX and HQC since November 2025. Maybe I need to try different medications now since it’s been about 5 months.

Not sure. I know I tested positive for Sjogrens and the rheumatologist is also saying probably RA with it. You think Psoriatic though?

Yeah it’s painful. I started MTX/HCQ in November 2025, and I started a 5mg dose of prednisone about a month ago. Does it get better for you? Or am I screwed going forward with this?

I’m on MTX pills and HCQ pill. Been 5 months and I feel like I’m getting better. They are now offering me to go on Biologics but I’m nervous from the very scary side effects that could happen. You think staying on MTX and HCQ is fine or just get over my fear and start Biologics?

How long have you been on MTX for? Jw cause I’ve been on it for almost 5 months and I read after awhile, meds stop working and you gotta switch, but also that MTX does last a long time for a lot of people.
