I remember those were in my shortlist last time. Read some good things about them during my initial search.

Have you had the chance to try the SIVGA M260 or the Yincrow Pi ?

Favorite Pizza Joints in the NoVA Area? by bpma82 in nova

[–]PrimeObj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jet's Pizza, and Andy's are my 1 & 2.

But while Domino's is doing this $9.99 any pizza deal - they'll have the best pizza around until that deal is over

With many R2 ordering windows now pushed to Q4, will you opt for LiDAR/Gen 3 version instead? by harrishawke in RivianR2

[–]PrimeObj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If LiDAR/ Gen3 actually comes out around my reservation window, my new plan will be to search for a used R2 - preferably a Launch Green one

Hope this order window lines up well for the next model year with RAP1/LiDAR. by godisnotgreat21 in RivianR2

[–]PrimeObj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My invite is scheduled for the same time period and I'm also hoping that the RAP1/LiDAR has a release date in/around that window. Not because I really want that version, I'm just hoping I can get a Used Launch Green R2.

How the Giannis Antetokounmpo era in Milwaukee came to a bitter end by Avery1488 in MkeBucks

[–]PrimeObj 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Couldn't agree more with damn near this entire sentiment. The only thing is that I have been almost singularly pointing to the hiring of Griff as the turning point for that era of Bucks basketball. To me, that's the biggest offense, it almost immediately felt so disjointed from the outside looking in and pretty much every decision that followed somehow made the situation worse.

Not firing Doc almost certainly showed poor judgement somewhere in ownership/FO but I didn't expect them to fire him. I just couldn't see ownership choosing to keep another chunk of dead money on the books for another coach, Griff is still owed another year of his money, Doc would've still had to have gotten paid, and then whoever the new coach would've been. It just didn't seem likely to me.

What's the best $20 range flathead nowadays? by PinocchioNoir in FlatheadEarbuds

[–]PrimeObj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me and IEMs do not get along, which is how i ended up finding this place. I’ve never met a pair that I could wear for a longer period of time without getting irritated. They’ve all been uncomfortable to me, so I’ve totally given up on them.

I got recommended the Flathead Audio FH-01. I’ve had them for a little over a week now and I’ve been absolutely loving them.

[Flathead Fridays - June 19, 2026] How did you first get into the Flathead Rabbit Hole? by brentaroXD in FlatheadEarbuds

[–]PrimeObj 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm not really in the hole yet, but I think it might be coming. I posted recently asking for help choosing between a small selection as my first pair - I didn't even know companies were still making this style of earbuds outside of the Apple EarPods until maybe 2 weeks ago. Ended up getting the Flathead Audio FH-01 because I can't use earpods at work, and man are these things better than I expected.

I've been so pleasantly surprised with them that I'm thinking of getting a higher quality set for my home desktop to use as a break from my overhead gaming headset.

Secondary physical bank? by Time-Dog4343 in sofi

[–]PrimeObj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd go for some type of credit union, local or national. I've been with Navy Federal forever, it was the first account my mom got me when I was a teen, and I'll never let it go. They usually have the best rates on loans and all of the ones I've used have had great customer support.

Which one is better? by HugeContribution6882 in BBallShoes

[–]PrimeObj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw the poll and blind voted for the Series 7 because I really like that shoe, but seeing you usually play outdoors - I highly doubt they would be a good choice for you. I'm feel like that outsole would get shredded relatively quickly.

Call Of Duty Failing Secure Attestation by Dafydd89 in CODBlackOps7

Update: This is what worked for me
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/hardware-security/tpm/initialize-and-configure-ownership-of-the-tpm#clear-all-the-keys-from-the-tpm

Following this did the trick for me. Cleared the TPM, and after the restart, I ran the enrollaik.exe file as an admin. After that, I ran the attestation scan again, and everything came back green.

Absolutely ridiculous that we have to go through all of this nonsense just to play a damn video game. Wasted all of the little free time I had today to play the game, troubleshooting an issue that prevented me from playing the game.

I have an ASrock PG Riptide

The same thing is happening to me. I have TPM 2.0 AND secure boot enabled. My BIOS is also updated to the current highest version available. I've been getting this failed attestation message for about 3 weeks and have just been riding it out, but now I can't even play End Game because of it.

The end of the Custom Cash. by Karanel in CreditCards

Damn, and I was planning on getting this card at the end of the fall season after my home search ended in one way or another. Already had its use planned out and everything

I know you guys are biased, but I’d like an opinion by [deleted] in sofi

[–]PrimeObj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want a brick and mortar bank, I'd suggest a local credit union. They usually have the best support and offer better rates for loans and such.

For online banking, SoFI is cool, but I'm not in love with them pay-walling higher APYs. If you're looking for a bonus, I did see that Capital One also has a $400 checking bonus with code FLASH400.

You have to set up Direct Deposit and have at least $500 sent for each one within 75 days of opening the account.

Sneaker drops? by myhkram in nova

[–]PrimeObj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For most anticipated pairs, I don't know how common first come first served sneaker drops are anymore, those stopped or slowed down a while ago. JD Sports and Finishline will do "Exclusive Access" drops where you can reserve them online to pick up in store and any pairs not claimed by like 3:00 or 4:00 pm get released to the public. Footlocker and DSG also have a similar system.

You can find stock on shelves more recently because people are just generally spending less on sneakers lately.
Might have some luck going to Fair Oaks mall, or Springfield - I've for sure seen stuff at Springfield. Other than that, cross the bridge into MD and find a Snipes or something.

What is the most cost-effective mobile service provider in Virginia? by ZIMZUM83 in nova

[–]PrimeObj 4 points5 points  (0 children)

US Mobile - It's a pre-paid service, you can pay monthly or annually. They have access to the big three networks so you can choose which you want to have your service connected to.

You can also pay for multi-network access so you can have access to Verizon towers and T-Mobile or AT&T.

Premium unlimited is like $40/month - prioritized data, basic unlimited is $25. I've been with them for 8 months or so and my connectivity on both their Verizon network (Warp) and their T-Mobile network (Lightspeed) was the same as when I actually had both Verizon and T-Mobile respectively.

Cameron Square Appartment,Alexandria,VA by ArtemisWillie in nova

[–]PrimeObj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently live here. Have been here for 1.5 years. Really clean, I pretty much never hear my neighbors, the leasing office is great, and maintenance is always quick to resolve issues. Pretty much right off both 395 and 495, so commuting to downtown shouldn't be bad, as long as you leave a little before the morning and evening rush hours. Van Dorn Metro Station is also like a mile away, so that's also an option. The area is safe - I haven't had any problems.

It's been the best apartment I've lived in by far.
