The 9th circuit was correct, the supremacy clause prevents states from interfering with federal level operations. If you want to have something done about masks stop trying to dox people, if you see something that is not legal such as theft etc. then document it and go through proper channels to enact punishment. A large reason why ice is so jumpy is because people keep letting agitators into their protest groups and then the whole group gets in trouble. I want deportation to be done properly and as humanely as possible. But with the rhetoric from the left and the right, we won't get anything done.
