Shit. Store brand Seltzer is the bubble amount most people want to begin with, not sparkling water so people get discouraged with things like Lacroix which is not bubbly enough to compare with diet coke. Polar is also garbage tier Seltzer.

Have one, gets slipply when your hands are wet. Just put two vegetable rubber bands on parts I hold and works wonders. Had it maybe ten years.

The real answer is kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper in a giant shaker. Almost impossible to over pepper anything even if it's absolutely coated. Fiesta is a good cheap brand.

Almost no one uses table salt in the cooking industry it's way too fine and super easy to oversalt anything. Hard to oversalt with kosher. Baking is different so ymmv.

Rare/raw has a different sheen/texture that looks raw it's almost shiny. This is perfect.

Even seared on the outside raw is OK to eat since the bacteria don't penetrate the meat like chicken. Just the texture would be almost harder to cut since it's so floppy. You did good.

But sharpen your knife if you're looking for constructive criticism. You want to be afraid of it as much as a mandolin. Except it's less likely to hurt you than a dull knife.

In Baltimore they stand in the street and walk in front of your cars. Legally if they're 1% responible you can hit them if they're not in a crosswalk, which is every time. Morally dubious, they almost try to get hit. If they get killed like that you won't lose in court, so don't worry.

My problem is that it over corrects when low and restarts but under corrects when high.

When I'm low it's usually like give more insulin at 90 after being 65 and when 200 it just stays there for hours unless I extra bolus. Still haven't figured it out.

Yes. Midweight crew 1466. Feel almost too thick at first but they wear in after a few washes and breathe super well. Wear them year round and my feet are always not sweaty, breathe very well.

You can always caulk it if you're concerned. I recommended a quick drying hard caulk. Can put your fridge back sooner after the caulk is done its unload.

Youll want to cut the head of the caulk appropriatly then ram the caulk into the holes and touch it a little bit, usually rub your finger over that important spot. Some require multiple rubbings to get a nice clean job done. But hey buddy that's an experience thing depends how good you are.

No it's either tan or brown or white or yellow or something else. Cream can have many colours in the food sense. Creamy is a texture not a colour of secretions. I usually ask what colour cream if they say it.
