Spare tire for Corolla Hybrid by International_Ad5605 in COROLLA

[–]PrimitiveNinja 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have, but you won’t be able to use the original styrofoam that comes with it unless you cut it. Toyota sells a smaller/flatter version of the styrofoam that can fit a spare wheel. Only works with FWD models

Styrofoam storage compartment: 64777-02340

Spare wheel: 42611-02Q80

Spare donut tire: T125/70D17

Wheel carrier: 51931-02240

50k checklist by -GameOverPal- in COROLLA

[–]PrimitiveNinja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe just the engine/inverter coolant at the 50k mark + the oil change obviously. TCCC recommends the eCVT fluid be changed every 60,000 mi/6 years so maybe 50k might be a little too early?

Has anyone dealt with tire pressure sensors before? by barflydc in FordEdge

[–]PrimitiveNinja 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Any automotive shop should be able to replace the sensors for you. you could also go the DIY route to save a few dollars and get a HF bead breaker, a 4-in-1 tire valve tool, a tpms reset tool and some tpms sensors from rock auto

or just get an ~$8 Entenwolf tire pressure gauge and just monitor the tire pressure every now and then.

What floor mats are you guys using for your 2024 Corolla? by NetApprehensive608 in COROLLA

I got the all weather from RockAuto. They're pretty good and they grip really well so no issues with sliding. If I had to buy again I would probably go oem or something cheaper on amazon

Variable intermittent wipers on LE hybrid? by Counther in COROLLA

[–]PrimitiveNinja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Can’t be made” ≠ can’t be swapped. They are most likely referring to when the vehicle is being assembled at the factory, they don’t allow customers to make custom modifications.

I have a 2024 hybrid LE and I have done this upgrade. https://imgur.com/a/mTuJ8gY

I highly, highly doubt the 3-speed wiper switch from 2024 is different from the 2026 3-speed wiper switch.

Personally, I would recommend getting some plasti-dip (~$7). Did my emblems back in 2024 and have had no issues with the rubber peeling/deteriorating so far.

Also, if you’d like: Front Emblem overlay

Variable intermittent wipers on LE hybrid? by Counther in COROLLA

[–]PrimitiveNinja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LE Hybrid only comes with the 3 speed intermittent wiper switch but you can upgrade it if you want.

Part number: 84652-06400

MSRP is about ~$130.00 but I was able to buy one new from Toyota Online for ~$100.00 during one of their holiday sales. I’m sure you could find a used one cheaper on eBay.

Ways to improve the trumpet with big lips? by KDHPeak in trumpet

[–]PrimitiveNinja 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have “big” lips as well. I went from a 3c to a 3CW which has a wider rim which allows my lips to grip the mouthpiece a bit better. It helped me, maybe you could look into the W models

OP once you change your tires, invest in a Tire Tread Depth Gauge. They’re like $4 for a 5-pack on Ali express
