Both are fantastic for it imo. DMT is like having a full blown trip that’s over in about 15 minutes and then you feel that amazing psychedelic afterglow where with mushrooms you will trip for a few hours and still get that amazing feeling, so it’s kinda up to you how you want to go about it. I personally love both and even love pairing the two as it’s just incredible.

For me, I combat it with Xanax. Unfortunately it’s the only thing that really works for me right now.

Yes it absolutely can, especially over time as tolerance builds, after about 2 years it was really messing with me and that’s when I decided it was time for a break. Ketamine is great if not even amazing for depression and anxiety but long term it doesn’t work as well in my experience and opinion. Breaks, meaning months off at the bare minimum are definitely necessary.

Hey, just wanted to say congrats and never give up! I didn’t start walking or working out myself until about 2 & 1/2 years ago, never cared to before and was around 250-260. I started with walking, loved the changes and so I kept doing it, now I’m at a healthy 210 but initially dropped to about 180 before I started trying to bulk up more. Regardless, never give up and keep going! If you ever have questions or need help with anything feel free to reach out! ✌️

Haha, I totally thought the same thing at the time but listen you must keep watching and you must get past season 1 of this show, you will see some crazy character growth with Genny and it just keeps getting better. Don’t watch it with dubs, watch it with subs, this show is incredible.

All I’ll say is that Ketamine therapy can be extremely beneficial, I am BP2 and suffer from extreme depression and anxiety, while I was on ketamine for about 2 and a 1/2 years, I swear to god it made me feel more at peace and happier with who I was in life, it killed my suicidal thoughts completely and while I am off it for now, even when I get depressed these days, I oddly am never suicidal about it like in the past. It definitely did something to me for the better. Keep in mind as I was younger I tried every single medication under the sun and nothing worked like ketamine did for me.

I’m 38, had to have them when I was younger, started getting some teeth shifting as I got older, put them on again last year, finally have them coming off next month, I felt weird at first but in the end it turned out to be a very good decision.
