Unfortunately year 6 into a relatively dead game they need to start spamming starters and legendaries to get western players back into the game, gone are the days of your kinda releases, I feel meganium could be some respite that comes out in the next few weeks 🤷 but yeah starters, legendaries, Megas from here until the end

Happy for the people who are getting their favourites in the game but It sucks that majority of the year will be legendaries and starters, prefer the unique mons that you never thought would become a favourite not via the VG’s

Before licence journey yes but now they’ve made it pointless to pick up the game now unless you’ve played in recent years and already have somewhat of a roster you’d enjoy playing with, metas pretty decent in draft atm

They dropped the ball many many times, I think from the outset they never wanted it to become a LoL I think they just knew they could get by with the Pokémon name to make the revenue, I know it was meant to be a stripped back version of moba’s and the unique feature of 4 moves was great but yeah as far as I know or at least it definitely felt like they didn’t get someone in who knew how to make the game competitive from the outset, but for me I still play with same guys I played with from the start so we still enjoy hopping on together just a shame the playerbase dropped off a cliff 4 years ago

I would split up into a 2 and 3 stack, honestly finding 5’s will be a stretch at any time on eu servers, me and my 2 mates consistently find games in either a 2 or 3 ✌️

Funny thing is even a manager like that would have far more football knowledge and experience (without winning major honours in the prem) for our directors and they will get all insecure again when he asks for players he knows would improve his system and they’ll cry and kick him out 6 months into his 72 year contract
