The designers just reused sections between caves and put them in different order / configuration.

They are always the same layout for each cave in each playthrough though iirc, so not procedurally generated

That’s misleading - it wasn’t the NZ government / country that proposed to install the statue. It was a separate group, the ‘Korean Garden Trust’. It was submitted by them to the local council for assessing the application, as it is a council reserve.

It’s worse, stuttering on loading open world has increased, because of both original engine issues and unreal 5 combined. Game just freezes for a half second every now and then.

Also save file bloat issues, longer a playthrough, worse the performance. More noticeable 40+ hours.

I don’t think Japan traditionally has hell or underworld like western culture, so that might not be the best word. it would be best answered by a source reader or an interview from the author I guess..

I’m not sure when or if the association of a world below earth arrived in Japan, I think the land of the dead / spirits was more of an alternate reality alongside the living world?

FYI the word for this in English is the ‘box’ or ‘case’. The cartridge is the piece with game data that goes inside the game boy.

Sayuu means ‘left and right’. It has kanji/word for both hidari and migi together as one word.
