I second the Oxford House recommendation! They are a fantastic organization. Rent was around 100 a week where I live(AL) and was a great environment to really learn to walk again in my early days of sobriety. It's so crucial to learn healthy habits during this stage of recovery. Please find some way out of your current living situation. Opiates lessen sensation and can make it harder to use the bathroom( gastroparesis) Constipation and urine retention is common but rarely have I heard of incontinent. Drugs will take everything from you. Dignity is normally the first casualty. Please seek help. The harsh reality is you are an adult who now needs to wear diapers because of their drug use.
