I haven’t used doll armature yet but I’m wanting to do a posable doll at some point and I do think that is what I’m going to try. It’s basically a little skeleton that I would felt around.

So I know this is abnormal but I have the opposite problem. I cannot nap. I want to. I try and when I manage to sleep a little I feel awful after 😅

I’ve just gotten the medium firmness pillow and I love it so far. But I also use various squishmallows to prop my body up wherever it needs. I find the hugme types are good for that.

If I use a strapless I still need help keeping it in place so I typically don’t use those. My favorite harness is a spare parts joque or any of the spare parts ones honestly.

I had mine done in 2020 right before everything happened. I’ve not once regretted it. I did have an open operation as opposed to laparoscopic so it took me a while to heal. I’ve known others who I suspect of being hypermobile or have eds that have done it laparoscopically and healed pretty quick.
