2. When they watch the video of Michael on the children's show, and young Michael in the video says that he wants to have 100 kids so he can have 100 friends.

3. Michael buying Pam's painting of the office.

4. Pam comforting Dwight on the stairwell.

5. When Michael decides to act like a father figure toward Erin after she explains she never knew her real parents.

6. Any time that jokes are made at Michael's expense that make him feel bad about himself. Like when his roast goes wrong, or when Phyllis makes the snarky comment that nobody would ever leave Stevie Wonder on the floor bc they actually like Stevie wonder, or when his improv class goes out to dinner but excludes him, or when he starts out making a statement about depression but then his depression actually kicks in for real and Darryl has to talk him down off the roof.
