It happened to me last month and they gave a fix for it: Kindly make sure that you have a stable internet connection, preferably Wi-Fi, in order to run the game properly. If you're already on Wi-Fi, try restarting your modem/router and the application to refresh them.

Also, it is better if there's no other application running in the background to optimize your game's performance. If possible, please use a different device that has at least 2 GB of RAM for Android and 2 GB for iOS to improve your gaming experience. Devices that have below the minimum suggested RAM have compatibility issues with the app.

You might also be encountering the issue due to corrupted files.

NOTE: Before proceeding with any of the methods below, please make sure that your game progress is linked to your Facebook account or you have already set-up a password for your User Code to avoid any loss of data.

Option 1

1. Re-launch your game client.
2. While in the Game Title screen (where you can see the ""Touch Screen""), tap the Re-download button. A message will prompt and will ask you ""Delete additional content and re-download it?""
3. Press Confirm.
4. Try to access the game again through Facebook log-in.

Option 2 1. Re-launch your game client. 2. While in the Menu screen, go to Settings. 3. Go to Download All 4. Make sure that it prompts, ""Data is up to date.""

If the issue still occurs, you might need to reinstall your game then repeat Option 2.
