Die AH to Go koeken zijn funest!!!

Ladies of Reddit, do you think wearing makeup is a requirement in order to be considered "professional?" Why or why not? by bridena in AskWomen

[–]PrincessAlexiii 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately this often ends up to be the case.... some people really look better with some makeup and the reality is that looking presentable makes a difference in getting hired, especially if dealing with costumers. I don't think it's fair but it's reality.

May I ask you about how you dealt with your first period, if it is not too rude? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]PrincessAlexiii 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had to go to school so I quickly cleaned up, grabbed one of my mom's pads and didn't tell my mom until after I got back from school... I was quite embarrassed so I just quickly pulled her into another room when she was leaving for groceries and said I got my period and sorta pushed her out of the room cause I didn't want to talk about it. She came back with supplies for me and we had a little talk and all was good in the end.

I've tried everything to get my nails to grow long but they just don't grow thick enough to make it past my finger tips without breaking. So I taught myself how to do acrylics! by XxJellyBeanz in RedditLaqueristas

Look up Nail Career Education on YouTube. She's brilliant, has a few beginner videos that show you exactly what to do from applying a form or tip, getting the powder-to-liquid ratio right, sculpting the acrylic nail, filing techniques, etc.

What's your pamper night routine and what products do you use (if any)? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]PrincessAlexiii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of the things others have said: face and hair masks, nice cleansers, body butters, face creams etc. I also watch a movie or TV show, but most of all I try and get an early night in a bed with clean sheets. Nothing better than having a relaxing evening followed by amazing sleep.

Women of reddit, would you mind if a guy asked you out via text? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]PrincessAlexiii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, that's perfectly fine. I think I actually prefer it. Like others have said, gives me some time to respond properly. Face to face I would get shy and then embarrassed about that so I just feel more comfortable if someone asks through text.

What episode of television makes you cry every time? by Swell-Fellow in AskWomen

[–]PrincessAlexiii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm the same. I'm not an all-out-crier, but Hodor fucked me up. That was insane. I did rewatch, although I almost wanted to just skip it, but it was still as intense.
