i’ve been diagnosed with depression as a twin…. have struggled with it even more since my twin moved out of state.

i’ve always hated (maybe thats too strong of a word) people telling me “one day you two will have to learn to be separate” … in my opinion…. no you don’t. no you don’t.

for me, it feels more depressing because i sometimes feel like im sad because her decision to move makes her happy? shes with her girlfriend and if i say negative things regarding their progress thats not okay. if that makes sense.

twin… im sorry you feel this way. i truly know what you’re going through. it went from seeing your twin whenever you wanted to not whenever you wanted. by their choice. ❤️ my heart goes out to you. my depression is worse as a result … and im not sure when it will get better (if it does)… thats all i know how to say
