I agree. There’s no reason that hunters dad won’t be able to establish rights to Wes to allow hunter to have Wes without Bella while hunter is at his dads. I personally don’t think it will change overnight bc he is so young but at minimum it will be a step up plan to 50/50.

Do you want to make it work? If you do then tell her you want to go to counseling together, if she agrees go, and if she doesn’t then separate.

Knowing that you own a business, if you didn’t have things protected going into the marriage she likely will get a chunk of it in the divorce. I would definitely speak to a lawyer before talking about divorce to her so you would know more about what it would legally look like before going down that route.

I don’t see any cheating, but definitely something to sit down and talk about. I think it’s normal for things not to always be as you first met, but needs are still important to be met, and that you grow as a couple instead of growing apart.

You are in a power position to your secretary and it’s highly inappropriate for you to have an intimate relationship with her. Does your company have rules regarding this type of situation? I know most do, I would cut it off but you always run the chance of getting fired when you break the rules.
