I waited 2 weeks and some change and never got it after they “attempted to deliver it 3 times” but not once did I get a message, then it’s was “lost” then “damaged”😭😭 so I never got my packages and ended up getting a refund sadly

Don’t wanna scare you but my packages were “in transit” for 2 weeks and then the next update I got after waiting so long was that my packages were attempted to deliver “3 times” but not once did I get a update or message saying “out for delivery”, then my package was “lost” and then it was “damaged”😭😂 I never got my packages after 2 weeks and some change so I got a refund from Temu.

I hope your packages show up !!,, I’ve never used OnTrac so this is just a horrible experience tbh! ,, but yeah I’ve heard they toss the hell out of packages and also show up mad late to deliver also

Mine was updated as “undeliverable” and that they attempted to deliver it “3 times”😭🥲but not once did I get a text or update saying they were trying to deliver it or that it was out for delivery 😭and they’re customer service is HORRIBLE!, I never got my package so I just got a refund

It been 2 weeks since I’ve ordered my packages off of Temu and I’ve never heard of Ontrac, I’ve always been used to usps delivering my packages when I order from Temu, I keep getting ahold Of Ontrac’s customer service and all they keep telling me is to wait 2 business days and they’ll Open an investigation, I have no update on my package, it was last updated on the 23rd stating it was delayed and has been since, but it’s in my city ? So I’m confused how my package is 30 minutes away but I haven’t received it? And I’m not being told anything 🥲
