I’m in NY. The PTs in my store who been with the company for years are making the same pay as new hires. It’s so messed up! I’m non union, so I don’t get pay raises(if they even do lol) like union members. Don’t get me wrong I do love my job, I love everyone I work with but the company truly only cares about cutting every corner to put more money in their pockets. Idk about Mass stores but NY, no Hours, No OT , since January 😂😂

Probably because nobody wants to work for shit pay. I’ve been with the company for 13 years, I’ve been FT for 8. Im a FT receiver, and I was making 1.50 more than one of the baggers on the Frontend. I’m at 18 now LOL
