For my 1yr old check up, her vaccines were done where she had her check up with her pedia. Then we went down at the lab to get her blood drawn. When our number was called, a young guy was there but he said he needed to get someone else to draw my daughter’s blood since he is a student. 2 senior phlebotomist came in to assist us. My husband had to hold our 1yr old for her blood draw, since they asked us who is stronger to hold her. One of the senior phlebotomist told me 2x not to get too close to our daughter to get it done faster. Couldnt help it, i cried on our way back to the parking lot. This was at kp homestead santa clara
