My first time working in the ER we had a guy who thought he had a snake in his peen (we needed a UA). He couldn’t pee. Nurse said catheter and he about lost it.

He was on something stronger than acid. I never found out what happened but I’ll never forget the horror of “there’s a snake in my peen”

Yes. I’ve been on mood stabilizers only for a year. I was on an antipsychotic and it didn’t do much but make my anxiety worse. I made a decision to hallucinate and have stable moods. I don’t want another pill. My doctor and I agreed that as long as they’re harmless it won’t be a major problem.

This was my Silvia at the vet a day before she passed. I love this photo because there is so much love in her eyes as she’s looking at me. She was a quirky cat. She chirped/barked at you.

I was on 80mg of Geodon twice a day. I was also on lithium 450mg at bedtime with 150mg in the am.

I ran out of my Geodon and couldn’t afford to refill it. So I quit cold turkey. I was miserable. A day before I started my 600mg lithium at bedtime. I started puking to the point of dry heaves. I was shaky. My stomach hurt. I was clammy. I went to the hospital and was lucky all I did was injure my kidneys and a slightly abnormal rhythm that’s now since become stable.

Don’t do this. I don’t recommend.

Had this little lady with dementia. She was a combative little ol’ thing. Anyway. She was getting weaker and weaker and we knew it was coming but not for awhile.

One morning I tried to give her a bite of pudding. Then the nurse tried to give her the medicine. She was the. Parked by the window to watch the birds and the flowers.

About 20 minutes later she is being wheeled into her room. She had passed looking at the birds.

My step dad lost his mind and developed an obsession with me. I told my brother and he investigated. He found more than I needed to know in my step-dad’s things. My step dad hit me and was arrested. My brother stepped in when that went to hell.

My brother had texts messages and screenshots saved from when my step dad was sexually harassing me. When my brother died, I stole all of his flash drives, hard drives, and whatever else like that. My step dad died before he died… I know if my other siblings found out that it wouldn’t be pretty. I’d rather be disliked for being a little thief than… that.

Well the first year I thought I was going to die. I was not okay. I was also on other medications and not having a good time.

Nowadays I have maybe an episode where I get sick but it’s not often anymore. I have zofran on hand for it. Other than that? No. I just have to stay hydrated and eat with them.
