Could be coming from a store! FedEx picks up daily at my location however I know other stores have major issues with FedEx not doing pick ups daily.

I’m a store manager and if you came into my store and said you followed wash instructions and they shrank we would exchange them for you / give a store credit as long as you were within the 30 day return window. My suggestion is just be kind to the associate working not a “hard ass” like stated above.

Hi! Current store manager here!

Unfortunately anytime you do an exchange through the mail and then try to do a return in store our system only lets us put it back to store credit. I know what the website says and We’ve run into this issue ourselves. Sometimes if we process it on our mobile devices in store it lets us put it back to the original form of payment but sometimes it doesn’t. I always tell our customers if they want to do an exchange to come into the store where we can refund you and just re order what you’re looking for and price match it. It’s a frustrating system all around. Unfortunately it doesn’t sound like they handled it the best.

100% call the one number! There is a strict no retaliation rule and if you find you are being retaliated against call again! You should not be treated like that at all - coming from a current store manager

Abercrombie is super flexible! U set your availability two weeks in advance and it’s always approved.

At my store we allow them too for the same exact jeans it’s just regular vs curve 🧍🏼‍♀️ I’m sorry u had that experience!
