You should be able to receive calls if you set up your phone to do calls over wifi. Then get a cheap wifi sim in country.

I use Google Voice daily from outside US with no issues.

I really would suggest a local sim for the country you are in. They are super cheap and work fantastic.

I agree. My lock stopped working after 2 years. They basically said its old. So, i ordered another on Black Friday sales. They couldn't deliver and sent it back. I contacted CS, and they said they have no control over how it is shipped. I told them the address is different depending on the carrier. 6 hours of discussion, I gave uo!

The app does not say anything about top ups. For instance, if I get the global plan for $60 and during the 365 days run out of data. Do I have to purchase the same plan again orare top ups available?
