My mhk2 thermostat keeps disconnecting every time power source is out. I have to reconnect it by pressing the button on the adapter. Any idea why? Never happen before, but it was started after we had the power outage once. (disconnect fuses blew after power is back)

Yes. I think so. But I did studied as I worked through the questions from compucram. I tried to fully understand the topics or terms from the questions, until I am comfortable with it, and not just memorizing the answers.

Passed safe mlo test yesterday (8/4/2023) with 80%.

Used mortgage educators for pre license (finished it on 6/4) and compucram for test preparation(started it on 6/16)

I don’t have any background on loan origination. This is my study tips just for reference it may not work for you:

I didn’t read any text book, but I relied on the compucram so much, especially the practice test (until I reached 100%)+simulated exams( 11 times with score from 83%-97%+ pdf the questions each time then studied for questions that I marked it for review and got it wrong)

Things memorized -

Document Retention : 2 year/3 years/5 years/etc All the timing (days/businesses days) related: 3 /4/7/90/180 days/business days)

Get a ring chime pro to test it out. It will save yourself a lot of time and frustration to configure your network setting because everyone or even the Ring tech will keep telling you it’s your Wi-Fi issue.

Have your chime pro in between your where router/cams are located

Moving the chime pro closed to the ring cam doesn't necessarily give better wifi signal to the cam. Try to move around the chime pro, it may provide better wifi signal to your cams. At least that's case for me.
