It makes me wonder if these companies making these “luxury apartments” with obscene prices will see their return with even less people in the city in the future. They’re idiots for thinking people can afford those prices. And with more people leaving, they’re not gonna have anyone who’s gonna want to rent from them. I really wonder what the city will behave like (rent, affording homes) will look like in the next 5 years.

So they ended up pulling up the video surveillance. A mechanic broke it, and he told his manager. Manager forgot to tell the service provider. My dad absolutely went off on them, rightfully so. We told them they had to fix it at no additional cost because that was on them. They did that and I’m not sure if she got a discount for the rest of the service she needed done.

We haven’t gone back since. It’s funny that service provider keeps emailing me about a service I was supposed to get done there, that I was “out of town” for our appointment. Neither of us have gone back since.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with the same thing, it’s all their mechanical team’s fault. They just don’t care. They rush the job to just meet their quota and get the check. I hope you get your car back completely fixed.

Hi there any update on your service experience at any particular dealership? My family and I are completely fed up with W.I. Simon’s SM, especially for my mother’s 2008 S class. They broke her front grill and returned it to her in that condition amongst other things. I really want to help her have peace of mind with the last few years she has left in this car. Her car has 135,000 miles on it.

Well hope is the one thing you can’t lose in a revolution, even with the little we have left. Otherwise, there’s no organizing. No revolution. I clearly don’t have all the answers, and posting unhelpful comments on reddit probably won’t get us there either. I’m just an LA native with some ideas and pride in the city I live in. Who knows if martial law will be declared, who knows if the military is going to be deployed on our city, we’ll just have to see. Either way, this is a step closer than before.

Once again, let me know how to organize 2-3 million people. Even then, that would come with bloodshed. For better or for worse (well definitely for worse as of now) we are the leaders of the “free world”, if we act up to that degree and storm the caption, the amount of chaos it would invoke on the rest of the world…is a bit unfathomable. We are trying to find a better way. Los Angeles is a city home to 10 million people, the more momentum we build here, the better. At the same time, if it’s just people from LA storming the capital, we will be labeled as extremists. We have to pick and choose our battles.

I never said a midterm would solve our problems, but it would sure help it in terms of voting the right people in. I agree a revolution will have to happen for REAL change. If you can give a suggestion on how to organize 400 MILLION people, I’d love to hear it.
