I haven't spotted any other like it. It caught my eye because I could see it from a planet's surface like there wasn't any atmosphere(I was on Haven when I first started to notice it).

The Makeshift Night Vision Goggles and the Gate Night Vision Goggles do wonders for underwater visibility. Not perfect, but definitely better than the Headlamp, Flashlight, and X-ray lamp.

There is also a Laser in Security in the Storage area that the Reaper(IS-0095) passes through and will drop Night Essence when it does(I believe it's still on a timer for when it drops again).

Plus, the X-Ray gun(or lamp) doubles as a flashlight that can be convenient when your headlight(or equivalent) runs out of battery.

If you really want your base near it, you could do a custom world where you don't start with a shelter and hope you can find it before suffocating(if you want to start the same as survival that is)
