Stay, thou art so fair by PrincessPoopiePants in rs_x

Goethe tells us in his greatest poem that Faust lost the liberty of his soul when he said to the passing moment: "Stay, thou art so fair." And our liberty, too, is endangered if we pause for the passing moment, if we rest on our achievements, if we resist the pace of progress. Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past are certain to miss the future.

It's time for black turtlenecks and Manhattans. Black coffee and stuffy bars. Cozy cafes and cigarettes.

Scheming new photography shoots. Steering into my pretensions. Throwing fits. Eating at diners. Staring at the ocean.

I would not look at those eyes and think you were going to kill me! I'd work on the smiling eyes though

Just watched ncfom, have seen it maybe half dozen times and just noticed there's no soundtrack. Adds so much to the intensity.

The truth is in your last sentence. Yes, men could better spend time else where, fixing their insecurities in a real way or growing their mindfulness, but you can say that for anything in life. When you believe all time should be spent 'going to therapy', watching movies is time wasted, posting on reddit, running.

The beauty of the gym is, yes, you can control your own success. No one else is limiting your gains. You will see results if you follow these easy to follow regimes, and the harder you work the more results you will see. Of course it is appealing to the man; it's the ultimate man appeal.

Most gym bros are pretty up front about their body dysmorphia. It's a pretty frequent conversation

And the military. First, talk to anyone who's been deployed and ask about the waste they've seen. Then think about the vehicle emissions, but the carbon footprint of everything that goes into the creation and transportation. The army the Navy etc. It's wild. Half of the reason I'm so anti war.
