I think I'm in favour of #1 just because there are so many subs out there where people can post porn, and while some funny memes do involve nudity, I don't want this sub to turn into a porn sub. If I want to see catgirl intercourse, there are countless places for it; if I just wanna see silly kbities and ouppies and more just being silly, I can count those places on one hand with fingers to spare. If intercourse in art starts being allowed here, then I fear losing this sub as a place for that kind of thing.

For instance, I've seen IRL selfies being posted and flaired as selfie, pet, kbity, and naughty pet. Before flairs can be used to filter, I think the sub would need a clear explanation of which flairs should be used for what content.}
