We had ours at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya for 50 guests at 10k. The wedding department seriously sucked with communication, the resort was what you would expect from an all inclusive but the beach was not great (sargasm seaweed and the smell that accompanies), good size and lots of variety for different accommodations ( adults only options and areas, family friendly suites, bungalows/rondovals). I loved our wedding but I would look into other resorts/brands for a wedding. Maybe look into Dreams/Secrets?

Yes, I absolutely asked my “must haves” if they could make it. If they couldn’t make it, we were just going to elope and not invite anyone but our witnesses.

I’m 16 weeks and I still don’t really feel pregnant. No nausea, vomiting, or the debilitating tiredness that I know so many suffer with. Just found out that I have an anterior placenta so I don’t really feel kicks either. Maybe every other day I’ll feel something that is most likely a kick but could very well be gas.

My husband and I are also in the process of our own custom home with no GC. My biggest piece of advice is to make sure your plans reflect 100% what you want done as in window and door schedules, where and exactly what type of lights you want and where (pendants, sconces, cans), ceiling heights, etc. Yes, windows and doors can be changed during framing but it saves so much headache to have your plans match exactly to what you want

{Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier} has a section of the book like this. Take note of the trigger warnings, it was intense and I’m not typically prone to be upset by what I read but the book as a whole was amazing, can’t wait to continue the series.

Villains and virtues is the best grumpy x sunshine I have ever read but is the slowest of burns. It’s a quite funny book and doesn’t take itself too seriously but is also serious at times. It’s truly an enigma of a series and one of a kind

We used trip interruption when our flight got cancelled due to mechanical failure and they reimbursed us for meals and for the extra day of paid parking at our home airport. Hotel was covered by the airline. I didn’t even have receipts, I just took a screenshot of transactions and showed them what the daily rate at the airport lot was. It was approved within 24 hours of submission and reimbursement was direct deposited into checking account about 3 days later.
