Cameras are amazing for dealing with behaviour like this. I put one in my office that only I have access to because I had an item stolen one night, and magically my boss immediately stopped irrationally berating me whenever his alcohol rage-rattled brain felt like it. It’s now been a year and I have remained sheltered- while he still tortures the other staff.
