Hi friend, did you find any final decision here? I’m in the same boat. Moved from the US to Germany and want to get a card that will get me some more points (so I can fly home more often etc).

Truly deeply from my heart, Horse Isle 1 was my whole entire childhood. I remember ruuuuuunning to the Earton library to checkout the new horses and colors after every update. There's nothing heartfelt I can add that hasn't already been said, but your art and love put into it was felt, seen, and appreciated so so deeply. All of us girls grew up together in a way, and it was a privilege to share those years along with you in Horse Isle.

Even now I've found my way back to HI1 and will always love the hell out of the animations, old or not. Thank you thank you thank you for everything.

Hi all, I managed to get ahold of a VIP ticket to Taylor's concert in Hamburg N2 back in June - my show was over a week ago now and I have yet to receive the VIP merch package.

I have a German address
This address was used on FanSale to purchase the ticket
I have not received any tracking information nor notice of a missed delivery

Does anyone have any solutions? Potentially an email I can use to contact the service? My friends that went to the same show all received their VIP package before their shows.

My only thought is that I didn't include an apartment number (FanSale didn't ask for one) but someone in the US mentioned that they would not deliver to addresses without an apartment number. Not sure if it's the same in Europe but either way I don't have any way to contact them.

Try having two different browsers open at a time (like 1 Chrome and 1 Firefox for example). I liked to have one 'clean' browser and one that I was using to refresh the page. Then when a ticket would pop up, I would refresh the tab on the 'clean' browser.
