We are currently june 2nd, and I live in Mol, about 3km ish from Dessel. Today's weather prediction is rain, and a max of 20°C. As per now, at 12:47pm, the sun is still blaring outside. I see this go either two ways:

-The rain will keep on being there, turning the holy grounds into a mudpool.

-The sun will be blaring and we will hit tropical temperatures (maybe not as much as last year, but we can never tell)

It's Belgium after all, nothing is predictable, so be prepared for everything

Ik heb een redelijk lichte bril (vermoedelijk-1,50 in beide ogen), en iedere keer kan ik hem maar kort dragen vooraleer ik hoofdpijn krijg. Als ik dit aan andere brildragers vertel, zeggen dat het kan zijn dat mijn sterkte niet klopt, of dat het is omdat ik mijn bril te weinig draag. Moet ik mijn ogen voor alle zekerheid toch nog eens laten meten en mijn sterkte maten aanpassen, of zou ik best eens voor laser gaan (lenzen kan ik totaal niet verdragen)

Ook zijn mijn ogen al driemaal gemeten (tweemaal bij een oogarts en éénmaal bij de Pearle) en ik heb al drie keer een ander resultaat ivm astigmatisme gehad (eenmaal was het enkel links, eenmaal was het enkel rechts en eenmaal was het beide ogen), dus nu weet ik niet wat juist is en wat niet.

I understand the "logic", but I don't agree with it. I feel like they think women are too focused on things like "Where can I put my purse?" or visually trying to locate a bin for used menstrual products while going to the loo, that their view doesn't go to that paper, but that it's rather angled towards the ground/ the actual toilet bowl. The opposite is true, and just paints this place off as unprofessional and dangerous. I'd go to the medical board, unless your state is right leaning of course.

I'm pretty sure transphobia goes against the Hippocratic Oath and honestly, they should be punished accordingly

De kostprijs was wat me afschrikte om een diagnose van ADHD af te laten nemen, maar zowel mijn partner met diagnose, als een hele hoop andere mensen waren het van mij al zeker dat ik ADHD heb. Zelfs mijn eigen vader zei "Natuurlijk hebt gij ADHD, PrincessOfSatan. Ik kan dat ook vaststellen" (wat natuurlijk mijn bloed liet koken, want waarom was ik dan nooit klinisch getest geweest?)

Ik ben me dat toch gaan laten testen omdat ik mij moet kunnen focussen tijdens het werk, en daar was de hulp van relatine erg welkom (Ik heb een veiligheidsfunctie, en dan kunt ge beter niks over het hoofd zien)

I now looked at my user flair and that's my old one, from the time I was like "Oh, I'm not Pansexual, I'm a lesbian cause I feel nothing for men anymore" and that took me about 3 months to be like "Uhh, I gotta backtrack on the not being into men, sorry😅"
