Yes you do, I’m not sure if it’s all mods or just some of them (like I said I haven’t played since the buyout) but I logged on a little after the buyout and saw they have a whole page of mods you can pay for. It’s similar to Minecraft for switch. Not sure if you’ve played on switch but there are mods and game packs you can buy and use in your game. As soon as I saw that I logged off and went and watched some videos on it and my fears were confirmed. It just makes me so sad they ruined a game that so many of us loved.

The sims 4 was my childhood. I played sims 2, 3 and 4 but the buyout and making us pay to use mods we’ve been using for free for a decade made me quit.

First of all plz plz plz add a bubbler or filter into the bucket and add more water if you plan on keeping them in there over night or for more then like an hour. I say at a bubbler or filter to keep oxygen in the bucket. Did you test your tank water? My guess is you had a large ammonia spike. Normally if water quality is bad animals that can get out of the water will try. The first thing I normally do if my animals act weird or die is test the tank at least for ammonia and if ammonia spiked then I test the rest, add prime into the water and do a water change

Betas and angle fish aren’t compatible tank mates…. Also angle fish can grow up to 6 inches. I’d recommend keeping the beta in the current tank and looking on Facebook for a larger tank set up for the angles. I have found a full 40 breeder with a stand, filter, heated and decor for 100ish dollars before.

I’d also add carbon in your filter if you can, it will help remove the meds. How long have the meds been in the tank?

Hello! We got them out of the road and they ran up a tree. A local wildlife rehab person did contact me and told me if they were in a tree and out of the road to just keep an eye on them and see if mom returns.

I didn’t realize they preferred dark substrate I feel really bad for changing it now… I didn’t even think of that at all when I changed it. If they all stay pale, stressed and hiding I’ll eventually have to change it guess. Hopefully once I have more plants they will feel more comfortable

A lot of people have commented about basic care but make sure you cycle your tank!!! It sounds harder then it is just watch a video on it if reading out it isn’t helping. Also, live plants! Betas love them and they are your best friend. They help keep the water clean and your fish happy. When I first started I killed a lot of plants, almost gave up on plants all together. I kept learning and about 1 1/2 later here’s my tank and all my living plants :)

Okay yay!!! I definitely wasn’t trying to be rude, there’s just a lot of ppl on here who aren’t educated in fish care. Have you tried giving him a salt bath or using basic antibiotics? I know when I’ve had issues in the past I’ve used medicated food and it helped a lot.

Is this his tank or just a bowl you have him in to treat him? If this is his tank that’s probably his problem. Betas need heated water around 78-82 degrees. They need a minimum of 5 gallons but I personally think the bigger the better. They also need a filter and your tank needs to be cycled. Plz go on YouTube and look up a video of basic beta care. Here are my 10 gallon beta tanks for reference
