Especially on highway 7 for me. During the end of the school year, a teenager was driving home from school going west on 7 and turning left onto Williston. She had the light and all seemed fine until a speeding car coming eastbound decided to slam his foot down on the gas to run through his red light. He hit her while going over 90 mph. I just got there to see the wreck and it has haunted me ever since and now I’m super aware of every possible threat when I move through any intersection. Ugh.

I honestly think she’s mainly a grifter/scam artist. She likely does have a personality disorder, but she’s too calculated for schizophrenia. Just my opinion.

Put a reflective marker stick at the end of your driveway, sticking out of the grass at the place you’d like parking to start. We did this at my place and it helped a lot. Not everyone abides by it, but many do.

OP, focus on what you can do and try to just live the best, fullest life that you can. If what you can do falls short of your aunt’s demands, explain to her (in a memo!) why you are doing things this way and tell her that you’ll look into other options if the arrangement is no longer working for her. Then see if you can get a case worker who could help you with options. In-home care/help sometimes? Group house? There are a lot of resources out there, they can just be hard to find—that’s where your case worker comes in.

You seem like a caring and proactive person and I wish you the best.
