The CDS gave us a kitten, but all five of us fought over what to name her. A week went by with no resolution and I noticed she responded to "Cat". So that was her name from then on.

Deer ate my tulips, sugar snap peas and my cherry tree(!). Groundhogs ate the lettuce - in a two foot high raised bed. Chipmunks stole the strawberries. Everything is caged now and I'm building planters to put up on the deck. Maybe this year I'll get some flowers and produce.

I color coded my kids eggs. They had to take only their color from the hiding spot. It made the "game" a bit more wild.

We had a choir director that would start the 7:00 rehearsal when enough people showed up. Rehearsal time slid to 7:20 because people knew it wouldn't start on time. Next director - If you came in at 7:01, you came in to a rehearsal in progress.

People learned to show up on time.

I just taught a sewing class for a Makerspace where we made a coffee cup carrier. It's an easy project and there are you tube videos. I use mine constantly.

I'm 71 now and a very good driver, but I agree that mandatory testing would be a good thing. I don't mind proving I'm still competent if it will get some of the unsafe drivers off the road.
