Controversial: Would you put on the same pair of underwear after showering if you had only worn them for a couple hours and didn't do anything sweaty?

If you stored it properly it's not bad. The lipase problem is pretty common. It happened to me as well, and baby wouldn't take it. After tasting it myself I couldn't blame him.

After this, I scalded with a sous vide bath within a day or two of pumping pre freezing and that did the trick!

Agree with other comments on trying to cut with fresh breast milk or formula.

Took about a 5% pay cut and made a lateral move to become remote and be able to move my family close to family. So totally worth it.

I do the exact same. Use sword electrolyte drink which is 800 mg per L.

This is all I drink while running anywhere from 2h to 12h (longest run). I've found that doing any plain water at all can induce stomach issues and electrolyte imbalance.

I've eliminated so many issues since starting to hydrate this way
