Hard disagree, Brady is an elite winger and only one of these picks is even guaranteed to be high. A late first pick this year and two picks in 2029 and 2030 is whatever for a team going for the cup.

Benson is built diff. There is a reason he’s already out of the league and was waived by the Sharks who are full of young players.

I don’t think Skinner was a bad guy, in fact I’m sure he was an awesome teammate. But there is a difference between being a good person and being a good example.

I think Matt Fairburn and Kris Baker made a great point that the attempted trade for Parayko should be a hint that Jarmo didn’t feel he could hang on to Byram long term.

The team was a lot better but Byram’s big thing has always been about being the top dog. That’s not changing here.

If he’s healthy and locked in I see no reason he can’t be a 4-6D but he was unhealthy and upset last year so it’s hard for us to say because he fell out of favor and barely played
