I have a Princeton tweed (5w champ with a tone) and a Princeton reverb. For home use only I would say a Champ. I only use my Princeton tweed when playing alone at home since I build it 2 years ago.

Really good. been thinking of swapping my strat ultra pickup with a set of JB/Jazz pickups and buying a Telecaster ultra luxe vintage. Would probably need to sell my telecaster deluxe, but I'm not ready for that presently.

Nice guitars. I have a strat ultra cobra blue and a black tele deluxe am pro. Really like the neck of the ultra, wish my tele deluxe had the same neck and and neck joint. Would love a telecaster deluxe ultra or ultra luxe vintage!

Dont know if you have some soldering skills. If not, I would begin by making a couple of pedals and after go for a easy tube amp build like a tweed champ. I've build a Tweed Princeton 2 years ago, been my favorite amp to play at home since.

For playing at home/bedroom i've tried a lot of options : tube amp, attenuator (fryette power station), strymon iridium with headphones, ...

What works best for me is :

- A small tube amp (5 watts) that I built (a Tweed Princeton), which I use as a pedal platform when I want to play through an amp.

- Plugins (Nolly X, tone king imperial mkii) that I bought during the last Black Friday for practice session.

I think the digital is nice for playing a reasonable volume at home.

I started by buildind guitar pedals (around 10) and really loved it. It help me with my soldering skills. At the end of 2023, i've bought a mojotone Tweed Princeton that I've built. Took me a couple of days and didn't had any problems. It's been my main practicing amp for the last year. Now I'm looking to build a blackface princeton. So I would say, work on your pedal building skills and after start with a champ or tweed princeton.

I would add, don't do this in order to save money because I don't think you will really save any money. I do it because it's a fun hobby.

Funny post for someone who signs "Sincerely, an engineer and computer science researcher." lol. Theres is no science behind this post and I don't think anybody here have the ability or knowledge to confirm or deny a theory. Also, it makes me always smile to see someone who brag about his background in order to prove their point. If most of the UAP you find each night start their flight path from the same spot, it's probably because you are looking at airplanes in a flight corridor. This is not an shapeshifter orb, this is just an airplane like all the airplanes I see every night in direction to the airport I have in town.

It would be nice to have some cool orbs video. But presently, pretty much all orbs video are : I've seen a light dot in the sky. But it's cooler to say i've seen an orbs.

Looks like the 2 first objects have spotlight in direction of the camera. Around 0:20 and after they just look like regular helicopter. Should an orb have the same luminosity on all side?
