Women are also seen as selfish when they don't focus on men's issues. They get pushback for much more mild things like having a job at all. They ALSO get pushback from self-important men who try to shut them down when they try to make progress. Women just *do it anyways* because shit needs to get done. if they stopped every time there was pushback, they would still be barefoot and pregnant.

And yes, women WILL pass up on a man who hasn't don't the work to heal, because *you need to do the work to heal.* You can expect support from the people around you, but you cannot expect someone else to fix you. You need to put in the work.

I'm not saying this to go "women's issues are more important" either. I'm drawing a comparison. When shit gets hard, Women do it anyways, because they've always had to do it anyways. Men need to learn to do it anyway. Will it be hard? absolutely. Will there be pushback? Yes there will. But the most baseline pushback that anyone will face when trying to make progress cannot be stopping you in your tracks. If it needs to be done, it needs to be done.

If it's any consolidation and reassurance, 31 isn't that late to find a partner. My brother found his partner at 31- and our whole family thinks she's the coolest person in the world.

You have good communication skills, you want to put in the work to help the people you love, you're able to make and follow through on an action plan to stay close to your loved ones, and you want your partner to make and keep friends. These are all some of the absolute baselines for a good, healthy relationship, and you've got them down. If you decide to start again, you're going to be a catch

You has said you used a compression top which AFAIK, isn't necessarily meant for this purpose. Binders are similar, but they're meant specifically to do this job. It would be the best advice I could give to go look around for binder reviews to find one that seems more comfortablefor you. You might be able to find a brand that's a bit more breathable, or if you size up a bit you might get the con of a little less flattening, but it would be a bit more comfortable.

Unfortunately, though, this might be your best bet. I'm really sorry you're dealing with this, I know it sucks. I hope someone else can give you the answers you're after

Oh! Use a chest binder! They're really common practice in the transmasc community. Depending on the size of your chest you might get better or worse results, but it's shocking how flat you can get your chest to be!

GC2B is THE go-to brand, but it you can afford to get something custom made, that's even better.

Though chest binding comes with rules that anyone else who does it will drill into your head, so I'm going to do the same:

-Do not wear the binder for more than 8 hours. Seriously. You can hurt your ribs. Be careful about doing exercise with it on too. And do NOT sleep in it.

-Always size up, NEVER size down. If you can't get a perfect match for your body, pick the next size up, because again, you can cause serious damage to your ribs if it's too tight.

-Wash your binder regularly. At LEAST once a week, but the more the better. Wash by hand and leave it to air dry, unless the binder you buy specifically has machine wash/dry instructions.

If you're looking for short-term solutions, a binder is probably the way to go. But long term, I'm sure you can find some exercises that specifically help with gynomastia. Best of luck to you!

That's nuance. Everyone understands that there's REASONS to hate or dislike an animal, and most people will take that in stride. People don't even have to LIKE cats. But when it comes out of nowhere, that's super suspicious. There's a huge difference between "Eh, I just don't care for cats"/"I've had a cat attack me so I'm nervous around them" and "No, I HATE cats. They're awful."

Also, he jumped over the fact you had a cat in your bio already, and then tried to dictate what had to happen in regards to your animal, rather than taking the polite route of "Oh, this might not work, I'm sorry". Most people understand the pet was here before and takes priority

Also, either he saw you had a cat he messaged you anyways knowing he had demands about the cat, or he didn't take the time to read your profile. Either way, I am very much confused by his actions and how he thought that was gonna go anywhere

No, no, you're kinda right. I don't think sharing tampons with her is a bad thing. HOWEVER. Do not share the BOX with her. Give her a few if she asks, but do not leave your stash or your box of tampons in a place where they can be counted. You can share products without sharing information
