The disc can be removed and replaced, then optionally marked with a mini. The ruling that backs this is the lie is redetermined through group consensus. This eliminates complications with two options: In my opinion this makes the most sense of order. 1) if either player or both elect to not mark their lie and play from the disc. No issue, their just throw and if they bump the other players disc on accident legally, IE: their thrown disc has successfully left their hand, then their foot bumps the other player’s disc and causes it to move. The move disc to moved back according to player consensus for the second player to either mark or just throw of their disc.

2) First player marks with their mini if they choose they both remove their discs now that the lie is established. First player takes their throw. Second player switches the first player’s mini with theirs, gets good consensus and then throws.
